After studying at Middlesex University and London Studio Centre Rachael became an apprentice with Henri Oguike Dance Company (Finale, FrontLine and Tiger Dancing). Since then she has been a freelance dancer working with Scottish based company XFactor, Colin Poole, Dan Watson, Saju Hari, Liz Lea, Wayne Sables Project, Keira Dance, Sally Marie's 'Dulce et Docurum' and has worked under the artistic direction of Kim Brandstrup and Wayne McGregor for DanceLinesROH2 and Johnathan Lunn.  And has made adverts such as the 2007 Sanex advert and 2014 Canon Camera Advert.

Rachael has worked closely with Will Tuckett at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden on his productions of 'Faeries', 'Thief of Bagdad' and was the rehearsal director for Deloitte Ignite.  Most recently for his WestEnd production of 'The Wind In The Willows' at The Duchess Theatre.

 In Italy she has worked for Gianni Santucci, for his productions at the Forum Rome, ‘Carmen’ at the New Royal Opera House, Oman and most recently for John Wick2 and 'I Medici". She has also worked for Francesco Saracino, Luca Tomassini and Giuliano Peparini on the tv production Amici and his new version of 'The Nutcracker with producer Franco Dragone .in Belgium.

Rachael’s commissions include The Place Prize2008, Dance Currents Stratford Circus, London Contemporary Dance School and The Place 40th Anniversary Celebrations, Bloomsbury Festival and CAT students.In 2011 and 2012 she received Arts Council funding.  And has recently choreographed Macbeth for the Opera Wallonie Liege in Belgium. She is currently Artistic Director and choreographer of the newly formed company, "Youth Dance Company'.
